Role & responsibilities |
- Work with the client to put together an event delivery plan and map finances for the team
- Conceive and lead a project management timeline for the events, working to clear pre-set timelines and financial objectives
- Engage with internal partners across External Relations, the Director’s Office and research colleagues to make the events a success
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in all our events and lead on audience makeup analysis to continue to improve on this as an institute
- Coordinate event promotion with the marketing team,
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues across the institute and external partners, working collaboratively with others.
- Lead the team in the delivery of events, troubleshooting any issues that arise and delegating where appropriate
- Coordinate post-event communications to client and participants
- Organise a post-event analysis meeting with the team and report on findings
